Digital Services Refund Policy
Ask It Me Co. provides digital services including data analytics, insights, and subscription-based access to our platform. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access provided upon purchase, our refund policy is structured as follows:
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
- Refund request must be made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- Only applies to your first subscription with Ask It Me Co.
- Account must not show signs of abuse or violation of our terms
- Data export limits should not have been significantly exceeded
Subscription Renewals
Automatic renewals are not eligible for refunds. Since our services provide continuous access to updated data and analytics, subscription renewals represent continued service delivery.
To Avoid Unwanted Charges
- Cancel your subscription before the renewal date
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of billing periods
Service Interruptions
In the rare event of significant service interruptions or downtime that affects your ability to use our services:
- Minor Outages (less than 24 hours): Service credits may be applied to your account
- Major Outages (24+ hours): Proportional refunds or service extensions may be provided
- Data Loss: If we experience data loss that significantly impacts service value, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, please follow these steps:

- Subscription purchase date
- Reason for refund request
- Payment reference number (if available)
Step 3: Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Paddle.com.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Policy Violations: Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Buyer's Remorse: Changes of mind after the 7-day guarantee period
- Technical Issues: Problems caused by user's internet connection, browser, or device compatibility
- Misuse: Excessive data extraction or attempts to scrape our services
- Duplicate Purchases: Multiple accidental purchases (though we will work with you to resolve these)
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Refund
A refund returns money for services within the eligible refund period and terminates your access to the service.
Payment Processor Terms
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com. In addition to this refund policy, you are also subject to Paddle.com's terms of service and refund policies.
Important: Paddle.com's policies for digital goods and services may impose additional restrictions on refunds. In case of conflicts between our policy and Paddle.com's policy, Paddle.com's terms will take precedence for payment-related matters.
