An Ask It Me agent answers from your own content — grounded in what you’ve indexed, with cited sources, and never used to train a model — so it handles real questions in the visitor’s language and acts: capturing leads into your built-in CRM. How does Ask It Me build its answers?
Ask It Me uses retrieval-augmented generation: it retrieves the most relevant passages from your indexed content and answers from those, with cited sources. It does not invent facts beyond what you provide.
Does it learn from my conversations?
No. Ask It Me answers by retrieving from your indexed content — there is no training loop that changes the model from chats. To update answers, update your content; scheduled re-crawls keep the knowledge base current.
What languages does it support?
Ask It Me answers in your visitor's own language using a multilingual LLM. There is no per-language setup and no fixed language list to configure.
How do I add it to my website?
